Well sports therapy is exactly what you need, despite the name sports massage is not just for those who exercise.
Its is a form of deep tissue massage that can be used to reduce pain, improve posture, increase function and mobility of your joints as well as help with movement and relaxation.
It also promotes lymph drainage and can help to speed up the healing process!
Rather than being a gentle relaxing massage, sports massage therapy is functional and works on the problem.
All our staff are fully qualified, insured, skilled and experienced in their field of expertise they are constantly undergoing further training and skill updates to ensure they deliver the best care to all clients

Alongside our personal training sessions, we also offer a range of exercise-to-music and dance classes.
These can be added to your membership, or are available on a pay-as-you-go basis for non-members (£8 per class).
Our classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and are kept small and personal, so you still receive plenty of attention and support throughout.
Our spacious studio is available to hire and is perfect for a wide range of activities.
Featuring full-length mirrors, a sound system, mats and disco lighting, the space is ideal for fitness classes, dance sessions, wellbeing workshops, relaxation sessions or group activities.
Whether you’re running a class, hosting a session or planning something different, our studio provides a versatile and welcoming environment to suit your needs.

I come to Runway simply because it's fun, it has totally change my perception of gyms because I never thought I could enjoy going to one I've made lots of friends here too. My favourite class is Powerhoop because now i have lost the weight I want to focus on my core.

Since joining runway my overall fitness has improved more than I could imagine. I couldn't run more than one minute on the treadmill - now i'm willingly taking part in SWEAT classes and running on the treadmill by choice.I have suffered a lot with my breathing but now I have it under control only rarely having to use my inhaler. That's thanks to Runway

I've lost over 14lbs so far I feel fitter, happier, healthier and I am loving exercise for the first time in years with the classes and personal training I do here at Runway
